Survivor and Youth Support

Survivor and Youth Support at Sistaz Speaks Foundation is intentionally designed to honor lived experiences while opening doors to new possibilities.

Our Domestic Abuse Survivor Empowerment Workshops are confidential, trauma-aware spaces where survivors can reclaim their voice. Through guided discussions, grounding exercises, and practical planning tools, we focus on rebuilding self-worth, strengthening boundaries, and reconnecting with personal dreams. We never ask participants to share more than they are ready to; safety and choice are at the center of every session.

Youth Life Skills Training equips teens and young adults with tools they can use right now. Sessions cover communication, healthy relationships, time management, goal-setting, and basic "adulting" skills. We know many young people are navigating complex home and school situations, so our approach is honest, respectful, and rooted in real-life scenarios.
Our support for women veterans recognizes that transition after service touches every part of life-mental, emotional, financial, and relational. Through mentorship, peer connection, and referrals, we help women who served the country find the community, confidence, and resources they deserve.

Across all these programs, we connect participants to educational and workforce-development resources such as GED and college information, job readiness tools, and introductions to our entrepreneurship and career workshops.

We believe survivors are not defined by what they've lived through, and youth are not defined by where they start. Both deserve spaces that see their strength and invest in their future.

If you or someone you love could benefit from steady, caring support, we are here.
